Cabin Valet is more than a business—it’s our family’s way of life.
Rachel and Chad Laub moved to Duck Creek over 20 years ago when they knew they wanted something different for their family. They left Las Vegas behind in search of a slower pace, strong values, and a life rooted in the mountains they love.
Chad spent years working alongside Mike Kenner, gaining hands-on experience in mountain construction and property care, while Rachel began cleaning cabins and helping owners keep their homes cared for year-round. Chad took on small handyman projects, and together they built what would become Cabin Valet—one job, one relationship, and one season at a time.
As their business grew, so did the vision. Rachel earned my real estate license to better support cabin owners through every phase of ownership, and together they obtained our full contractor’s license, allowing them to expand into remodels, larger projects, and long-term property improvements.
Today, Cabin Valet is proud to call themselves a true family business. Their sons are part of there team and work alongside them in the day-to-day operations. They are building more than cabins—they are building a family legacy grounded in hard work, integrity, and pride in serving the Duck Creek community.
