We’re so excited for another winter season in Duck Creek! With all the excitement and talk about what a great snow year this could be, our team is ready and looking forward to taking care of our mountain community

 

2026–2027 Snow Removal Contracts will be mailed beginning October 5.

 

If you receive your contract in the mail, simply review, complete, and return it with your payment.

Prefer not to print and sign? You may accept this agreement by replying directly to the email you received with the following information:

• “I agree to the 2026-2027 Cabin Valet Snow Removal Terms.”

• Your selected package: Part-Time Resident ($975), Full-Time Resident ($1,100), or Rental Property ($1,250).

• Your payment method: Zelle or Check.

• Your name and cabin/property address.

Your email reply will serve as your acceptance of this agreement and the terms below.
